Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery charges

Delivery is charged as follows for UK orders:

• £4.65 flat rate for orders of up to 7 bottles
• Free delivery on all orders over £30
• Free delivery on every weekly subscription box

2. Delivery method

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Delivery charges are always displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Processing times

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days after dispatch with Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We may not be able to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at buzzflavours@gmail.com.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery provider.

7. Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or in an unsuitable condition, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

8. Product storage

Please follow all storage instructions shown on the product packaging.

Once delivered, you are responsible for storing products in accordance with the instructions provided.
